1. Services
Laghima VPN provides custom remote-work internet setups, including hardware configuration, a private remote server, and ongoing maintenance. Service details, speeds, and support tiers are described on our pricing page.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to circumvent your employer's policies in a way that violates the law, or to engage in activity that would compromise the integrity of the network.
3. Payment & refunds
Setup fees are charged once at the start of service. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel future billing at any time.
4. Disclaimers
Internet performance depends on local conditions outside our control. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted performance.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
